If remote repairs are simply not possible, we will always respect your environment by adhering to CDC and local guidelines. We also offer the option to mail us your hardware for repair.
All of the parts we sell have a manufacturer's warranty; however, we take that a bit further. If you buy an item from us, we'll happily help you process your warranty with the manufacturer for as long as the warranty is valid with that manufacturer.
